Through conscious presence, mantra chanting, yoga nidra reconnection rest, a purification prayer and fire ritual, we honour the sun at its height, the abundance of nature, and what within us is ready to shine with full brightness. The rhythms of nature remind us that we are part of a greater whole — and on this longest day, fire, rest and sacred sound speaks directly to our nervous system, our hearts, and our inner knowing.
