Come together to share powerful practices to activate a healthy flow of energy, cultivating balance, focus and grounding. Dive deep into Yoga Nidra - an effortless meditation practiced lying down - infused with the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, inducing a deeply restful state. An hour to reduce the hold of stress, anxiety and tension and come back to calm and balance in community.
