Yoga Nidra and Nature Retreats for Healing, Empowerment and Belonging.
Hello, and welcome!
In these turbulent times, we all need places where we can slow down, rest, tune in and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
For those of us who have moved between countries, especially when leaving was not our choice, this need is especially important. With families, friends and memories both here and there, we navigate the emotional and practical challenges of living between places, together with the flexibility, openness and possibilities this can bring. Finding our grounding, nurturing meaningful connections and creating a sense of belonging where we are takes conscious effort.
Reconnection Rest offers spaces and practices to come home to ourselves. With Yoga Nidra and nature retreats, we create opportunities for healing, connection and empowerment, so that we can respond to life with greater calm, wisdom and ease.
Yoga Nidra is an effortless meditation practice that brings us back to the peace of resting in our true home: the one that is always within us.
We want to make the peace and power of Yoga Nidra accessible and affordable to all humans and offer different ways to explore this transformative practice:
Online recordings (free)

Our Nature Retreats are opportunities to restore by immersing in the natural world, belong to a family-like group and making space to deeply rest, reflect and come back to what truly matters.
Everyone is welcome, with a special place for those living between worlds or building new lives.
May we slow down and rest.
May we reconnect with our inner peace, intuition and confidence.
May we find belonging in ourselves and in one another.
May we journey together towards a kinder, more inclusive and just world.
