Reconnection Journeys are a series of themed sessions shared in a supportive group encouraging you to start or strengthen your own practice. Journeys can be online or in person. Each session lasts 60 -75 minutes

Journey Within
A five session meditative journey supporting you info greater self awareness to reduce the hold of stress, tension and trauma with yoga nidra relaxation, nourishing movement, breathing practices and sharing circles. We explore the layers of physical body, breath, emotions, thoughts, heart energy and pure awareness.
The Journey Within supports you to establish your own practice to restore relaxation, calm and well being. Receive a yoga nidra recording each week as well as short teachings. and regular reminders to encourage self-practice.

Heart Journey
A supportive exploration of heart energy practices with meditation, yoga nidra, affirmations and embodied movement. We share practices that open up the heart to release negative emotions and increase feelings of wellbeing, connection and joy.
Participants join a small friendly supportive group and receive yoga nidra and meditation recordings, simple summaries of teachings, links for further discovery and regular reminders to encourage self-practice. Practices include loving-kindness, self-compassion, self-love, loving release and gratitude.

Sleep Better Journey
Discover how you can use yoga nidra as a practical tool to understand your own sleep patterns, ease insomnia and improve your sleep. Learn about sleep cycles, how sleep works and what you can do to sleep better. Recieve yoga nidra recordings to practice with in the day and ones you can use to help you to fall asleep at night. Join a supportive circle and share strategies to help you sleep and to make the best of the time that you are awake.

Women's Empowerment Journey
A women's health empowerment journey with Yoga Nidra, Yoni Shakti Yoga and Sisterhood sharing. We reconnect deeply to our womb space as a force of creativity and vitality. We share our lived experiences of cyclical living returning us to our deepest power and wisdom. We explore the seasons of our life and the female superpowers of menstruation, motherhood and menopause. We heal and uplift ourselves by listening to each other in a safe and supportive space. This journey is based on Uma Dinsmore Tuli's Yoni Shakti Yoga Therapy for Women's Health.

Yoga Nidra Deep Dive
This Journey covers core aspects of Yoga Nidra, its philosophy, origins and evolution, science, structure, therapeutic benefits and philosophy. Deepen your own practice with a greater range of yoga nidra styles including some longer nidras and tailor made ones for an enhanced understanding. Join in exploratory group discussions. Gain a lived experience of the multi-dimensions of this powerful practice. Come away with a deeper understanding of Yoga Nidra and how to incorporate it into your life for relaxation, wellbeing, balance, emotional support, intuition, and spiritual connection.

New Beginnings
United by a sense of loss and a desire to fully embrace our new lives, this three week journey provides a safe space to fo foster connection by listening to others and sharing your own stories. We share practices including yoga nidra relaxation, reconnection yoga, breath and heart meditation to help process feelings of loss and grief and bring you into grounded, restful, open hearted presence. Plant seeds of meaningful intentions for your new life helping you to stay open to the magic that lands in your days
