This yoga nidra helps to reset your nervous system, You can practice with it in the day and you may also like to use it to fall asleep or to go back to sleep if you wake up at night. It does not wake you up at the end so if you need to, use an alarm clock, and if possible enjoy a nap or night's sleep following the practice.
