October Mental Health Awareness Month 21 Days Yoga Nidra Commitment

Daily yoga nidra recordings and live online sessions to practice with wherever you are.

Reduce stress, tension and anxiety, increase calm, centeredness and contentment.

Yoga nidra is the safest, most gentle and accessible practice you can do on your own to lower your stress & anxiety, help resolve trauma symptoms and improve your sleep. Regularly going into this blissful, deeply restful, restorative state can make positive lasting changes to your brain helping you go through the journey of being human with more peace, ease and joy.

From October 1st 2026 receive yoga nidra wisdom and downloadable daily recordings by Myriam for you to practice with wherever you are. Join live gatherings to learn more about yoga nidra, discuss your practice, ask questions and share co-created yoga nidras in community. Live online circles are optional, they will last about 45 minutes and are intended to be at the following times which may be adjusted according to the needs of the group and the flow of life.

Opening Circle (optional):

Friday 2nd October, 3pm Zurich, 2pm UK, 9pm Hong Kong or

Saturday 3rd October, 8pm UK, 9pm Zurich

These live opening sessions are optional and will be recorded and shared with the group. The main thing is for you to practice with the yoga nidra recordings in your own time.
