Free Yoga Nidra Intro Circles

Experience the profound relaxation in this effortless “yoga of sleep”, and learn how yoga nidra can support you.
A one-hour session offering an introduction to this powerful, guided meditation practice that requires no special skills.

What to expect:

  • A brief introduction to Yoga Nidra

  • Gentle, accessible breath and body preparatory exercises to help you settle.

  • A 20-25 minute Yoga Nidra practice.

  • A debrief chat, offering a space to share your experiences, connect with others, and ask questions in a supportive community setting.

Learn how yoga nidra can help you to restore your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance emotional balance, and improve your sleep.

How to join:

  • Join lying down on a sofa, bed, mat or outdoors.

  • Ensure you are warm enough, prepare a blanket, pillow and if you have a sensitive back, a bolster or rolled up large towel to put under your knees.

  • Turn you phone on silence and ensure that you will not be disturbed.
