Private sessions with Myriam

With a private session we can create a yoga nidra tailored to suit your needs or you can benefit from a therapeutic sound healing session where bowls are placed carefully around you and on your body for very deep healing allowing you to release tension and blockages. We can also discuss what yoga nidra, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises would be most helpful to support your continued wellbeing.

Sessions can be held online or in our studio in Thalwil at a mutually convenient time.

Sessions can be 1-1 or in small groups of family, friends or work colleges.

Private sessions are priced at 100.- or by alternative arrangement
