Four days, three nights retreat at the beautiful Schweibenalp Centre of Unity with Mandy and Myriam.
Take a break from your routine and come to Schweibenalp in Interlaken, the most scenic region of Switzerland. Immerse in Nature in this natural “kraftort” power place and recharge your inner battery with deeply nourishing practices amongst mountains, waterfalls, rivers and fields.
Nourishing yoga therapy, yoga nidra, sound healing, meditation, nature immersion, forest bathing, mountain walks, devotional singing, fire ceremony and community to nurture the wisdom of your inner teacher.
Retreat Centre
Schweibenalp is a vibrant alpine multi-faith centre, home to a thriving permaculture garden and community, surrounded by forests and turquoise lakes, where community, nature, and spirituality come together.
Accommodation is in a choice of simple, clean, single, double or multi-bed rooms. We practice in the “Earth room”, a warm, wooden ground floor yoga room with garden access.
Nutritious delicious vegetarian food is served with vegan and gluten-free options.

Typical Day Schedule:
7.15 am Nourishing morning Yoga & Yoga Nidra or Fire Ceremony
8.30am Breakfast
10am Nature Walk, Forest bathing soaking in the power of a massive waterfall or exploring mountains and rivers.
1pm Lunch
2pm | High mountain outing or mindful practices in the permaculture garden
6pm | Dinner
7.15pm | Satsang in the Temple with meditation and devotional singing or 1-1 sound healing or Akashi records reading with Mandy
* In case of wet weather, outdoor activities will be replaced by meditative and creative practices and sharing circles indoors.
Cost of Room & Meals at Schweibenalp
Three nights full board 278.- to 504.- depending on your choice of room. Please book directly with the Schweibenalp centre. Cost of food and accommodation:
Single room: CHF 168.- per night
Double room: CHF 140.- per night
Multi-bed room: CHF 128.- per night
In your own camper: CHF 110.- per night
In your own tent: CHF 92.- per night
Retreat Fee: Early bird: CHF 280.- until May 1st. Regular: CHF 350.=
Those who have been displaced (including Hong Kong leavers) and those living on a low income are welcome to contribute by voluntary donation.
