Echoes of Eternity: Tapping into the Infinite
A three-day retreat with Sudevi Sundari and Myriam Bartu
30 June – 2 July 2027 | EarthSpirit Centre, near Glastonbury, England
Sat. Chit. Ananda. Being. Consciousness. Bliss.
Join Sudevi Sundari and Myriam Bartu for three days of movement, stillness, deep rest, contemplation and connection in the beautiful countryside near Glastonbury. Through the wisdom of yoga, the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra, meditation, 5Rhythms dance, nature connection and shared inquiry, we will explore the possibilities of Sat, Chit, Ananda: our eternal truth, eternal knowledge and eternal bliss.
We will approach this exploration through both the body and the mind, through movement and stillness, through individual practice and collective sharing.
Hatha Yoga and meditation invite us to become present in our bodies and cultivate awareness. Yoga Nidra offers a pathway into deep rest, where we can soften our habitual patterns of doing and striving, listen to what emerges in stillness and experience coming back to ourselves. Yogic philosophy opens space for reflection and inquiry, while 5Rhythms dance invites us to discover what becomes possible when we allow the body to move freely. Time in nature offers another way of remembering our belonging to something larger than ourselves.
Together, these practices create an opportunity to explore what it means to be fully human and fully divine simultaneously, to embrace the richness of our embodied lives while opening to the spaciousness of our deepest nature.
Across three days, we will weave together:
Hatha Yoga and meditation - grounding into the body, cultivating presence and opening to stillness.
Yoga Nidra - guided practices of conscious rest and inner exploration, including a deeper evening practice exploring Yoga Nidra in relation to self-realisation.
Yogic philosophy - a talk and shared inquiry into the nature of being, consciousness and bliss. Bring your journal.
5Rhythms dance - an embodied exploration of movement, expression and the wisdom of the body.
Nature connection and wild Nidra - taking our practice outdoors, allowing the natural world to become a space for listening, resting and reconnecting.
Sharing and reflection - circles that create room for personal insights, questions and the richness of learning together.
Your facilitators
Sudevi Sundari - Yoga, philosophy and 5Rhythms dance
Sudevi has spent 30 years practising and teaching yoga, including offering 200-hour yoga teacher training programmes. A 5Rhythms dance facilitator for the past decade, she travels internationally to share retreats, yoga and dance. She also runs Yoga Paramgati, a retreat centre in West Bengal, India, where she spends around six months each year offering yoga teacher training and dance.
Sudevi has dedicated her life to service. Her teaching is rooted in the aspiration to embody the truth that we are all fully human and fully divine, simultaneously.
Through yoga, philosophy and movement, she invites us to meet ourselves more fully, to listen to the intelligence of the body and to explore the possibility of transformation through embodied presence. Her work with 5Rhythms draws on the understanding that allowing the body to move can open pathways for the psyche to heal and for new possibilities to emerge.
Myriam Bartu - Yoga Nidra
Myriam is a Yoga Nidra facilitator, meditation teacher and retreat facilitator whose work creates nourishing spaces for rest, healing and reconnection. Since 2016, she has been sharing meditative practices and creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and rediscover a sense of peace and inner stability. Myriam completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sudevi in 2021 and they co-facilitated a retreat in Hong Kong that year.
The venue: EarthSpirit, Glastonbury
