Yoga Nidra is easy to share online where you can enjoy it from the comfort of your home or even in Nature wherever you are. Online circles generally include time and space for supportive sharing and where you can ask questions and engage with others.

Yoga Nidra online Journeys

Journeys are a series of themed sessions shared in a supportive group with an emphasis on encouraging you to start or strengthen your own practice. Choose and book your online Journey here.

Online Reconnection Circles

Connect virtually and share powerful yoga and breath practices to activate a healthy flow of energy, cultivate balance, focus and grounding. Experience Yoga Nidra - an effortless meditation practiced lying down inducing a deeply restful state. An hour to reduce the hold of stress, anxiety and tension and come back to calm and balance without leaving your home.

Mondays 2-3pm Zurich time, 1-2pm in UK, 8-9pm in Hong Kong in English

Wednesdays 10-11am Zurich time in German,

Energy exchange: 20chf. Alternative arrangements possible. Abos available.

Online Sisterhood Circles

Online Sisterhood circles offer a safe and supportive space for women to gather, to share what is on their heart, to listen and be heard and witnessed. We share responsive breath practices, women’s yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, singing, wisdom and health teachings to meet the needs and interest of the group.

We currently have two Sisterhood circles running bi-weekly:

Tuesdays 8-9pm Hong Kong time primarily for women working as Migrant Domestic workers in Hong Kong. Register here.

Tuesdays 8.30pm UK time for Hong Kong women leavers in the UK and Europe, in partnership with SheNet. Please message Myriam to join.

Full Moon Community Yoga Nidra and Sacred Sounds Circle

Yoga Nidra is the most powerful practice we can use to create peace within us. Singing mantras is a wonderful way to calm the mind and open the heart. The repetition of sacred sound vibrations helps to quiet inner chatter and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, freedom and connection to self. We sing from the heart without much focus on the tune. Talented musicians may find these sessions challenging :-). This is about expression, healing and fun. We share:

  • Yoga Nidra for Inner Peace

  • Mantra and bhajan chanting with harmonium

  • Space to reflect, and integrate in circle

Time: 12–1pm Zurich | 11–12pm UK | 7–8pm Hong Kong

Personalised online session

With a private session we can create and record a yoga nidra tailored to suit your needs which you can then use for your self practice.

We can also discuss and experiment with what practices - including yoga nidra, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises or chanting - could be most helpful to support you.

These sessions can be 1-1 or small groups of family, friends or work colleges.

1-1 sessions are priced at CHF100.- or by alternative arrangement
