Yoga nidra is the safest, most gentle and accessible practice you can do on your own to lower your stress & anxiety, help resolve trauma symptoms and improve your sleep. Regularly going into this blissful, deeply restful, restorative state can make positive lasting changes to your brain helping you go through the journey of being human with more peace, ease and joy.

This October receive yoga nidra wisdom and downloadable daily recordings by Myriam for you to practice with wherever you are. Join live gatherings to learn more about yoga nidra, discuss your practice, ask questions and share co-created yoga nidras in community. Live online sessions are intended to be at the following times and may be adjusted according to the needs of the group and the flow of life.

Wednesday October 1st: 8pm Hong Kong, 1pm Uk, 2pm Switzerland

Sunday October 5th: 7pm UK, 8pm Switzerland

Tuesday October 21st: 7pm Hong Kong, 12 noon UK, 1pm Switzerland
