This retreat offers deep rest, restoration and inspiration and is designed to nurture the wisdom of your inner teacher, held at the beautiful Shima retreat space, surrounded by mountains, rivers and forests in the Dischma Valley outside Davos. The retreat includes the full Total Yoga Nidra Immersion, a pre-requisite for the Yoga Nidra Network’s Total Yoga Nidra Teacher & Facilitator Course.

A weekend for mothers and daughters to relax, restore and reconnect in nature, in community and in practice. Yoga Nidra relaxation, feminine empowerment practices, nature walks, shared meals, yoga, mantra singing and games in community. This retreat is intended for mothers with 6-11 year old daughters.
Family Summer Retreat, Amden, Switzerland with Myriam Bartu and Svah Wong, 10-13th August
A week for families to come together in Nature, in community and in practice. Yoga Nidra relaxation, nourishing yoga, mindfulness, songs and nature exploration activities for children, discovery mountain walks, shared picnics with outdoor food grilling, fire ceremony, and games in community.
This retreat is intended for parents with 6-12 year old children.
